OK, so I'm learning a few things about blogging. I guess I can't post too many pictures at one time or I get an error message. And no matter what I try, I can't move the pictures once they are in the blog. They post at the top of the page when I add them, so I have to add them in the reverse order that I want them to be seen. Oh well, I hope you'll be patient with me as I try to figure it out! So here are some pictures of Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care.

The tree on Christmas Eve, actually I think by this time it was early Christmas morning. Before the chaos began.
We got the girls this doll house for Christmas. Ryan had fun putting it together on Christmas afternoon and the girls have had a blast playing with it since then. Even Evan gets in on the action. He uses the Prince Barbie of course because he wouldn't want to use a girl Barbie :)

We were really glad to have my Grandma with us this Christmas. The kids enjoyed having so much time with their Nana.
Grandma stayed at Mom's house which is just down the road from us but they spent most of the days at our house which was great.

Grace got right into painting this windwill that she got from Granny and Grandpa.

Boxing Day we were glad to have Debby and Ernie and Bonnie and Jack come out from Tsawwasen to visit us.

We had fun playing the Jenga game that Ernie and Deb gave the kids for Christmas. Evan's strategy is to take the blocks out of the bottom first so that it gets really tippy and it makes it really difficult for everyone! It's quite amazing that it lasted this long!

The Christmas holidays were a time for playing games in our family. Ryan and I have always enjoyed playing card games and board games but the kids are really into it too all of a sudden. Grace in particular wants to play "Trouble," "Sequence," "Candyland," and especially "Uno" all the time. Rachel even got to play and she really like Uno. The other day, Grace wanted to play a hand of Uno before bed and Racchel heard her asking and said "I can play too Mommy, cuz I'm good at Uno, right?"
Our Rachel is turning into quite the little charmer. Evan and Grace don't often sit still for my camera these days but Rachel is always willing to turn on the cheese!
